I have just realized my brother gets a discount from apple because of the education prices. He is a Canadian going to school in Michigan, if he were to purchase a computer using his student id number for an American school would he have to order from the US site? I did not see any American schools listed on the Canadian site.

If it is an American school, you have to order via the American Apple Store. If its a Canadian school, via the Canadian Apple Store.

You will get the best price in the US while paying in CAN$ anyways...

Apple really need to fix their exchange rate policy for pricing... With the increase of the CAN$ this is causing a major price difference.

Please tell me which industry in Canada regularly adjusts their prices to reflect the fluctuating US Dollar??? Last time I checked, we were a sovereign country with our own currency.
