Get Stuffit Standard 7.0.3.
Use the DropZip demo.
(.zip is the PC .sit)

There is Stuffit for Windows - so a PC person could unstuff a .sit, but the more prevalent compression format on the PC is .zip. If you could .zip the file, it probably would be easier for the PC user. So like macello said use the Dropzip demo, if one exists.
