When will his government tackle the heavy producers of GHG in transportation sector. The link provided outlines an agreement to have

Story outlines exhaust gases but does not mention Carbon Dioxide.

A statistic of 26% total greenhouse gas emissions for the Transportation industry is given however given that rail travel produces the least amount of greenhouse gases per mile than produced by any other form of powered transportation that includes Airplane, Trucks, Cars and buses are the major contributors.

Will the Cons ever deal with Carbon Dioxide?

Maybe if all the critics shut their yaps for a minute or two, we might see significant drops in hot air.
only a true conservative would deny any opportunity for the the winds of change.
