Has anyone heard of, or have links to, converting a PC case into a Mac case without much difficulty? Aka, a PC case - but with Mac internals.

It can be done, but it probably won't be nice. Mac motherboards are made to fit in Mac cases not standard PC cases. The main problems are the ports won't match the port area of the case, and the screws that hold the motherboard to the case won't match up to the screw posts/holes in the case. The power button and any other front buttons probably won't match.

There have been a few of these "conversions" done and there are pages on the 'net about the conversions.

I am assuming your going to use the Mac Power Supply... PC Power Supplies are different. Some sort of voltage and/or wiring differences.

xlr8yourmac has a number of Mac to PC case mods. It is a fair bit of work especially if yo uneed to mod the wiring harness of the PC power supply

Exactly. One of the nicest aspects of a Mac is the case design. I can only think of a few Mac models (8500!?!) that don't have the nicest case designs when compared to their non-Mac counterparts...
