That looks great. If I wasn't a vegetarian, I'd totally try out that recipe. Somehow, I don't think it would work with Tofu though. le sigh

You could just do the pears, and find a way to prepare the tofu separately.

Jokes aside I used to be a vegematarian as well haha. I went back to meat because I missed my traditional Asian dishes too much, even though Chinese and Taiwanese do have a fair bit of vegetarian dishes available I'm Viet so.

What I noticed is... holy bathing the chicken in salt inside and out!
