what do you cats use? from app to label itself. I'm getting some done. I need to add some txt mostly. Graphix would be cool, but not essential. Now, I have InD 2 (which I have yet to crack open), but was considering using Word X.

Anyone here with learned comments/insight? many thanks.

If you simply want to add some text on a CD label, then a Word template is your best and easiest option. I can send you copy of the one that I use for labelling data backup CDs.

If, on the other hand, you want to create some nice looking covers, then I would recommend two options:

Omnigraffle has a CD template that you can download and it gives you that brushed metal look plus options to add font shadows to your liking. Simple.

Another is called unCoverIt. Haven't used it much but it has a nice look to it. It's shareware but relatively affordable. Here's the link.

The word one sounds cool enough. it might even let me add a small graphic. But txt is all I need really.

Send away mate and I will give it a run. How many lines of text can I print? (from experience)

Thanks.
