I do use Adblock Plus on my Windows system. If the only problem you are seeing is on one site, You can just disable ABP on a single site. Click on the ABP icon in the address bar and then click to allow ads on that one site, or one page.

And looking further down that window, it show you can block just specific elements on a page. I've never needed or tried this, but it might help if you pull up the ABP window when you see the above notification.

I would just like to add that my original posted problem has returned on this site and the only way I can prevent it from showing is to use Adblock Plus and disabled ads on ehmac ca.

The annoying notifications pop up message I attached in post #1 does not happen on any other website that I visit. Something goofy in the ehmac ca settings for my username and I have found nothing at my end to fix the problem. Something that ehmac ca server settings seem to be doing.

Apologies that I'm just now replying. No tickets were being generated for the site and I had no idea this was an ongoing issue.

I'm likely repeating a lot of whats already been said, but this is almost always related to an overprotective adblocker, more specifically a filter called "fanboy". Disabling that filter, or the adblocker, will typically allow access to the pop up. I typically say to disable the adblocker (temp), log out and then back in and you should be able to click a button. Then you can enable the adblocker and be on your way.

There was actually a period of time where this problem seemed to resolve itself but seems its back. I have a hunch that since the pop up is cookie based, there is some conflict with extensions that most folks use. I have a meeting with the dev team next week, and I will raise this issue once again.

Actually, I had forgotten the problem still exists but I avoided It by disabling Ads for the site so it doesn't bother me anymore:

A new forum oddball odditity that seems to have started fairly recently Is that the text formatting Is no longer really WYSIWYG and there is often a huge large blank space added towards the bottom or under any posted graphic.

Everything shows up as written or posted, but certainly not as WYSIWYG created. This seems to occurMore often when graphics have been added to the post. But maybe it's just my view of things, as my Google Chrome is outdated as is my Mavericks OS.
