Cancer Cure + Clean Energy all-in-one!

This is quite the story. The Cancer treatment bit has been around since 2004, and they've just moved into real-world testing (though not yet on humans). But the same technology may also be able to turn salt water into hydrogen.... all because a cancer patient on steroids couldn't sleep at night.

Currently the technology doesn't result in more energy released than input, but there are some interesting possible applications. Kanzius is pretty nonchalant about the whole thing, as the preceding Wiki notes: John Kanzius' primary interest is in using this radio frequency nanotechnology to cure cancer. This Hydrogen-from-Salt Water discovery is but an interesting if not annoying detour for him.
