Web comics are the new funnies to me now, ever since I gave up reading the daily paper. There are a few out there that have really grabbed my attention and funny bone, and the best part is that, with each of these, I've learned after a few panels that the authors are Canadian. I'm sure there are funny non-Canadian web comics out there, but personally I think this is yet another niche we excel at.

Anyway, here are my favourite web comics that happen to also be Canadian, in no particular order:

Hark, a vagrant: 309
http://www.savagechickens.com
The Joy of Tech comic... throwing a banana cream pie in the face of technology. -- probably everyone here has seen this already
The Abominable Charles Christopher - A Webcomic by Karl Kerschl

Anyone else have a favourite to share?

Hey, thanks for the link to "The Abominable Charles Christopher". It looks like a keeper. I already had a link to the Joy of Tech. That's another good one. The other links I have are American I believe.

Zom-Ben - by Ben Steeves (in little ol' Fredericton NB)
I was able to check out the first 12 issues before I had to get back to work. Although I'm not super-fond of the zombie genre, Ben has a pretty fresh take on it, and the writing and humour are tight, too. I'll likely revisit it again when I find myself idly surfing.

No problem -- yeah, Karl has a real knack for drawing expressive but realistic wildlife. I forgot to mention in my original post that I found the Abominable Charles Christopher through an all-Canadian web comic site:

TX Comics

There's something there for just about everyone. One of my other faves that I forgot to include is The Princess Planet by Brian McLachlan. Silly humour, good for a larf (and generally appropriate for kids, too).
