I upgraded to 1.5.1 for a while when I had a PowerBook, and it ran fine. When I installed it on my Cube, I had the same problems your described. I went and downgraded to 1.05, and have been using it as my primary browser since... Still waiting for an update to Camino to see if they fixed it.
