when i first used bootcamp, i only gave my window's side 10GB, and quickly realized that wasnt enough..

The only easy way is to start over and have Bootcamp build a new larger partition, then reinstall from scratch. But there is another way too...

Personally, I think I'd just start over, I'm not too swift with the Windows stuff, like backups, etc..

A few more thoughts on this topic...

One of the reasons some prefer Parallels Desktop over Bootcamp, is that it isn't a separate volume, so it gets backed up with your regular Mac back-up routine. Parallels Desktop, in other words, contains the Windows environment on your main Mac HFS+ volume/HD.
Of course, Parallels Desktop costs money, has some niggling bugs, and isn't as good for 3D gaming as Bootcamp is. But Parallels Desktop doesn't require rebooting, so once it matures, and improves the performance for gaming, it'll likely be quite desirable.
