What do you make of this? At first I saw on the flyer "$200 off to $2399?? How deceitful...." because it was a base model 2.16Ghz Core 2 Duo processor which should retail for $2199.

Looking at the website for spec I see 160GB which not even the high end 15" MBP has (only the 17"), 2GB RAM and 256MB VRAM (standard on the high end 15"), is this something Best Buy exclusively sells? Looks like a sweet deal for $2399 since my MBP only has 1GB RAM and 128MB VRAM and cost $2319 (w/ CTO 160GB)

I was wondering the same thing. At first I thought it was a BTO but Apple doesn't even make a 2.16 GHz with 256 MB of vram. It's probably a best buy mistake, but mistake for what is what I am wondering. If it's the 2.33, it really is an awesome deal!

Very weird and certainly a deal. The 2.33 15" has been overpriced and $2599 is where it should be but that's an extremely good value considering the 160 drive.

I have spoken to some friends who work their. They have an internal memo stating that it is a mistake on the web. The Video card is a 128MB, the unit is the BTO option. Looks like Best Buy bought overstock from Apple. I make this statement because all the unit that they are selling are Glossy screen. Which as I assume most of you know is a less popular option on the MBP due to color output for most pro applications.
