Better late than never. Actually, HP started as an innovative company. Good to see that they are going back to their roots.

Apple rules though, of course.

Cheers.

HP has an awesome new (at least to me)printer. Its a Designjet120. Its capable of printing a
24" x 63" size, at 2400 x 1200 dpi. Worth a look at.
Oh! And long live Macs !!!

What made HP really cool were their HP25C series of calculators. RPN (reverse polish notication) and a programming language (if you could call it that) that you could actually understand.

These calculators kicked TI's 58/59 series of calculators all over the planet.

John

RPN: Instead of pressing '25 asterisk 4 =', you would press '25 enter 4 asterisk'. Made life so much easier because you didn't have to worry about brackets.

"HP moving to become the Apple of the PC world."
To those who watch "The Simpsons" that analogy is like when Krusty says, "The Canyonero is the Cadillac of automobiles". Pure hilarity.

My dad , the civil engineer has had one of those calculators for 20+ years and still uses it daily. Claims it is the only calculator!
