You can update your AppleTV for the YouTube functionality now.

I have hacked the hell out of mine and figured that it would set everything back to default... which it did.Be forewarn:

Was not a big deal for me because I just upgraded the drive to 120GB anyway and was going to have to do it over again anyway.
If you are familiar with UNIX it is not an issue. I can see how it would be a major pain for someone not familiar with UNIX.
