Can I attand the Apple Stockholders meeting with just one stock?
How many do I have to have to vote?

Not sure but I think you can attend meeting and vote. I don't have that many shares and I get a notice to attend the meeting each year.

If Stevie would pick up my airfare.. I'd go. :D

yes indeed one stock is still a stock holder.

off topic, i was reading from a magazine that they found/caught a guy in asia whom only buys 1 stock of all these big listed companies and attends every function they throw for free food/booze/drinks for years...hahaha!! good food/booze and free giveaways at these share holders meetings all free.

Thats a great idea. You are really not doing anything wrong by doing so. As long as you are not fasting 10 days prior and then go eat everything in site, and drinking until the paramedics have to come because you are spasiming on the floor. You would get to meet interesting people and go tons of places.

Minnes, one share, one vote. A million shares, a million votes. Still, both may attend. My son was given two shares of MacDonalds stock, it split and now he has four shares. He is forever receiving invites to the AGM in Chicago.
