Actually, the Apple products are usually associated with "the good guy" (ie 24, Mission Impossible) but Wintel Boxes are used by the "bad guy".

Has anyone noticed that CBC's commercial for HNIC shows an Apple flat screen display with the Apple logo in one shot, but in the next shot of the display, the Apple logo has been replace with the CBC logo?

a) Creative people use Macs - grocery stores, restaurants and POS terminals etc don't.
Think about that and statistics and Apple's continuous top 5 position for individual companies

Also consider the longevity of Macs in use - 25 million loyal users is a pretty good working base . :D
Apple works hard and has loyal users in every creative industry.
It's hilarious how many Macs or Mac parts show up in "PC" oriented articles etc.
The layout artists slip them in as "generic" mice etc......but WE know...the Mac underground is sly indeed :D

Notice also that the HNIC "blue swirl" screen between commercials looks very much like one of the OS X backgrounds.

Perhaps the "peoples' " network is championing the cause of computers for the people? :D
