I have exactly the same problem with a Canon Selphy CP600 printer. I have also tried all settings related to printing, and even reducing the image to the size of the paper (in Photoshop Elements 3). It prints fine from Photoshop, but it cuts off almost 2 cm at each side in Aperture.
If somebody has a solution to this, it would be a big timesaver for me.
