One option would be to create a new project and re-import from the referenced location. Have these images been edited? If so, you'll want to import that masters and the versions, in which case, you may need to export the images from Aperture, then re-import (but not as referenced files).
Aperture geeks, HELP!
I've realised recently that files i meant to import into my aperture library file (from my camera) have been diverted to another folder (but are referenced in aperture).
I want all the files to be in the aperture library file!

I imagined so, and there's no simpler solution?
