Ok here is a question for those of you in the tv/film industry. Which do you prefer Final Draft 6.0 or Screenplay's Movie Magic Screenwriter 2000 software?
Someone who can tell a good story. Seriously. It can be handwritten on toilet paper. If the writing is good it doesn't matter. Good writing is very rare.
I've only had experience with Final Draft and it works fine. Ultimately tools don't matter. The craftsperson handling it does.
I will have to agree with Klaatu, as long as the story is good it does not matter what you write it in. It is preferable if you do use one of those programs so you can get the layout right (I am still working on that loL) but I use Final Draft personally, excellent program.
