I don't have Toast and my peecee copy of CD creator 5 is playing up: allows me to design the sleeve put will only print the outer border, not the design itself. Weird and I am tired of fixing other people's buggs 'cuz they can't be bothered to code cleanly...

If you just want to print attractive labels and inserts with the minimum of trouble, Magic Mouse Discus is a good program, as someone else suggested. (Toast 5 Titanium includes a limited version of this program.

However, if you want to design your own material, the most flexible solution would probably be a regular illustration program like Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia FreeHand.

The version of discus that comes with Toast 6 is a little nicer to work with than the one that came with Toast 5. It is still limited, but it lets you print all the important things.

I use label printer Pro and have had no problems with it at all. I recommend it
