I saw this earlier. Lame, at best. "Oh, no, look how indecent that looks! My eyes!"
Please. The only ones bothered by this are the older 50+ year old folk who don't understand young people or modern dress fads among them. I agree that some times it's too much, but it's not overly-common I see brutally excessive amounts of underpants or skin on both males and females in public places.
Up to six months in prison for 'exposure?' Give me a break. What a load of crap. That town evidently has nothing more important to worry about or write new regulations for. Put time, money, and worry into things that actually matter, and stop overflowing prisons for ridiculous, absolutely stupid reasons.
