This is one of the most insane things I have ever heard...I think the judge needs to get out and get himself / herself a partner of some sort...
A grave injustice
A 17 year old student athlete with numerous scholarship offers and a 3.2 G.P.A. is arrested on the day of his SAT ( funny timing eh?) . His crime , having oral sex with a girl 15 years old. Even though it was consensual and he was a minor , he was jailed for 15 Years in a maximum security prison.
Injustice right ?
After two years , upon successful appeal and the law surronding his case being changed. Upon a Judge ruling for his release . The Attourny General files an appeal and keeps him in prison..... Sad isn't it. Never the less he is eventually released at the age of nearly 21 .

Oh, he happened to run away, but yet Hollywood doesn't hate him for being guilty of a felony.
There are so many parts of this story that make me want to scream... changing the law, but leaving him to rot? If he'd actually had intercourse with the girl, it would be a misdemeanor, instead it's a felony? And a charge of aggravated child molestation?
I don't understand why the prosecutor feels the need to keep this man in prison...
