Just read about this chip. For those who think that the iBook/12"PB 640 MB limit is about as weak as a can of Molson Excel. Not been to the German site they link you to, but I do recall this being a factor in my not jumping all over the 12" - yet.

Geez, I remember when we measured RAM in KB, now we're up to GB.

On another note, I wonder what the next chip size will be? All RAM sizes are an exponent of 2 - 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024... will the next one be 2048 or 2GB? That'll be quite a jump.
