iOS 13 and Safari

Been getting very annoying Safari windows popping up when browsing, such as virus and malware protection, Bell announcements, etc. Never remember having so many of these in pre-iOS 13. Is there some back door open in our newest Safari?

I'll check into that. Thanks.
I also notice that, unlike the stable Safari in previous iOS versions, Safari lately stalls and sometimes doesn't recognize any taps requiring a quit and restart (not the iPad but just Safari). Never had that happen before iOS 13.
