You need 3 different downloads, one for each device. In fact, there's different downloads for different versions of device hardware e.g. iPad 1 vs iPad 2, iPhone 3GS vs iPhone 4.

Installed means the installer app is downloaded to your machine... Look in your dock and Applications folder for Lion installer app and run.

From what I have read, and you can Google this further, Dreamweaver 8 may or may not partially work in SL. The rest of CS (aka CS1) works but crashes often. Adobe does not support fixing these issues.
