But wouldn't be better to buy the refurb one at $1569 and upgrade the drive aftermarket?

Look at all the money you could save!
Nice machine though and good luck with the sale!
If someone only wants the standard res glossy screen, and doesn't want the extra ram, then sure, a person could spend $73 more than what I'm asking for my machine with the high res screen, 8GB ram and extra 250GB.

Spend more to get less, makes perfect sense!

I just want to say that Kloan has been honest and very easy to deal with. I am just saying that he has credibility, to me at least. If I had the money I would buy it. I can honestly say that the man's word is worth taking note of.

So what you are saying is I would have to pay $73 more for a new one from Apple vs yours which is 4 months old?

Take your head out of your ass already!

The price you suggested is for a LOWER MODEL.

- Standard screen
- 4GB ram
- 500GB hdd

VS. mine

- High res screen
- 8GB ram
- 750GB hdd

Like I've already posted, which you seem to lack any comprehension of, one would save $392.87 by purchasing mine with the stock hard drive, except would have an extra 4GB of ram (an additional $60 value).

I'm also open to reasonable offers from other members. You, I will never deal with, and are now going on my ignore list since I don't care to see your cluttering and ridiculously ignorant posts anymore.

Shame, I was thinking of a trade up from a 2011 13" 2.7 I7 to a 15"

Hope it sells though, it's a great price!

Sorry man, I'm with the thread author on this. You're starting to sound troll-ish...

It is a pretty good deal, you are saving money, the upgrades are significant and decent for the price he's asking, and it is only 4 months old.

Stop badgering him, dude. Either you're interested or you're not.
