Does anyone selling used Macs ever check the Mac2Sell website?
I'm not saying that's the ultimate information but I noticed that most people who sell used Macs have high hopes of getting top dollar for their machines.
This particular 2.5 GHz MacBook Pro for instance comes up at a value of $C980.- on the Mac2Sell web site.

Mac2Sell has been way off the mark lately. eBay and other online selling sites would be a better gauge of current market pricing.

Mac2Sell is actually pretty much on the money if you check closed ebay auctions.

Does no one read the Classifieds' Sticky? If you don't like the price, PM the poster. This forum isn't supposed to be about price policing.

- No "Price Policing!" If you think an item is priced to high, you are free to make a reasonable offer via private message (PM), or you may ignore the post. Do not offer a lower price if the seller has stated their price is firm.

No - because this thread came up when I clicked on "New Posts" which is what I usually do when I check ehMac. I wasn't in the classified looking for a Mac, however, I noticed the same thing with the pricing when I looked at Macs in Craig's List and Kijiji - that's what prompted me to post.
I'll shut up now on this subject.

I find the Mac2Sell website off my about 5-15% on the low side.
