mac2sell used to be on. Now, they're completey waaaaay off. It just told me my unibody 17 I bought a few months ago is worth 1300... yea right.

It also said a new i7 15 is 1700.

Not a good guide whatsoever.

i just saying that even if you get 1300 dollars for it. it's still a decent chunk of change back. Not as much as you would like. everyone overprices their macs unfortunately

according to MAC2SELL I can get $1000 for my first gen macbook pro unibody 15 inch(late 2008)

Then again, most people seem to think their Macbook whatever is some type of precious gem or something.. It's a PC laptop with a different OS and in a lot of cases inferior hardware components and sketchy QC. Thinking your 2K MBP is somehow worth 80% of what you paid two years ago is just delusional.

I just laugh at some of the prices people post, I mean really... LOL

Ok....I did ask somewhere else then so i will ask you guys

I am thinking of selling my 15" MacBook Pro late 2008.......without apple care......4gb ram, 2.4ghz, intel core duo

what would be a reasonable price for this one do you think?
