Hey, yes mavericks runs fine on the computer.

Yes english layout is fine.

Raid just means that there are two hard drives connected together so you get faster speeds.

Since my last post, i have removed the ssds, and upgraded the mac to accomodate two 1TB HDD, thats about 2tb of space.

Price is $1100.
