miniStack won't mount

Hi:

I have a 1TB miniStack 2.5 that now refuse to mount. I've tried connecting it to two different Macs AND using both firewire and USB but it simply doesn't show up in any of the disk repair tools I've got (Disk Utility, Drive Genius, Disk Warrior).

When connected by firewire, System Profiler reports an 'unknown device -- 400'. When connected by USB, a bunch of error messages show up in the Console (system) log about a USB command didn't complete.

Any suggestions? I'll probably have to return it to OWC but it would be nice if I could solve this myself. I'm not afraid of the command line if there is some Unix-level tool...

According to Apple's support site:

Shut down the computer
Disconnect all other devices (except for keyboard and mouse)
Disconnect the computer's power cord from the power outlet and wait 3-5 minutes
Plug the computer back in and turn it on
Reconnect the device

If that fails, you could always try Googling the problem, or searching on Apple's support forums.

The chipset or drive are likely fried. RMA it.
