Issue with WPA and MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 17"

I searched the forum but didn't find this question so thought I'd pose it. After switching from WEP to WPA, I've found my MacBook Pro will suddenly stop loading Web pages. If I ping the internal network, I get packets back quickly but the computer can't load Web pages or pop email until I turn the airport on and off.

Any ideas? My linux netbook and my work XP laptop all work fine on the wireless network.
