Hi,

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'm looking for a driver for an older ethernet card (Lc slot) made by the now defunct (owned by intel) Dayna Communications. It is called the Crystal LC card or something...that's what it says on the card. Apple drivers and what limited drivers that are found atweb page do not work.

I need the card for a Performa 6290CD.

Any help is appreciated,

Jason

I had a similar problem with a Dayna PCMCIA ethernet card. The driver on the Intel website just wouldn't work. Somehow I found this link to a Japanese website that had a driver that worked. I checked the site and they also have drivers for LC cards using Daynaport 7.7.2
Here is the link to that site:

Give it a try. Even though the site is Japanese it is not too hard to figure out. It also has the software I needed for the PCMCIA card on the same page (for anyone else that is looking for that one)

The link didn't show up in my last post.
Hope this works. http://www.dit.co.jp/support/product.../index_dl.html

A funny thing.....

Thanks for your help! FYI, the site that I posted above (intel's) DOES have all of the drivers listed on the one that you suggested...I just didn't try the one for DaynaPort. Not sure why. Anyways, installing that driver worked!!!

Thanks for the help!!!
