Look here for marking HF

Form factor is SOT-23 just like Q1.

loking at this link found different models/ I'm confused
Data Sheet Catalog: Begin marking SMD with H
In additional to previous I have Q1- H7XZ1


H6xxx Si2366DS SOT-23 N-Channel 30 V (D-S) MOSFET

H7xxx Si2367DS SOT-23 P-Channel 20-V (D-S) MOSFET

HExxx AP130-38R SOT23R-3L 3.8V 300mA Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator

HFxxx AP130-39R SOT23R-3L 3.9V 300mA Low Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator

My 23" Cinema display Q1 transistor died. The code is HFMV. Anyone help me to which component i should use?

Have you tried some Google searches such as this:

And this one from there looks rather similar and maybe some of the contacts are still available who can help:

But is that display really worth fixing considering the improvements that have been made to monitors all these last several years? And most have dropped their prices for actually comparatively much better quality displays.
