streaming audio problems

I have a Sirius Internet Radio account. I have been using it for years with Safari by connecting to the Sirius Media Player on their website. Since I installed Snow Leopard it no longer works in Safari. Firefox is fine. Any idea on what the issue is? I've already made sure that Java is updated and Flip4Mac is the right version.

Any particular reason you're not using this or this?

Have you checked the Sirius forum (I'm not a customer, but I assume they have one) to see if other SL upgraders are having the same issue?

SiriusMac: Because I hate the app.
StarlightXM: Because I have Sirius.

I was using Pulsar from Rogue Amoeba but apparently the router that is supplied with Verizon FiOS makes Pulsar not stream properly. After months of troubleshooting with RA software people (they have been super, btw. They've gone above and beyond) the solution seems to stop using their software (which I paid for) or get a $200 MoCA router (which will stop my TV and On Demand from working). The happy medium would be using Sirius' stock app and the current router. But the stock Sirius app stopped working after I went to Snow Leopard. Running in 32 bit does not fix it.

After posting this, though, I did indeed find a workaround. I was using StarPlayr/Starlight before I got Pulsar. The reason I bought Pulsar is because nicemac stopped producing Starplayr. I contacted them and got me a copy of the new beta for Starplayr and that works just fine. So I'm back up and running, albeit out $15 US for software that is useless.
