Can't 'Deep Sleep' w/10.4 Powermac AGP

Hi there,

the problem i am having is that my Powermac AGP can only 'light sleep' -- that is the monitor goes black, i can heard the HD spin down, but the power supply stays on and the power button stays green when i am using 10.4.3 (been having this problem since installing 10.4

i know my powermac is capable of deep sleep because it could back in OS 9.2.2 (monitor goes black, HD spins down, power supply goes off, and power light pulsates amber)

anyone have any similar issues, or knows a fix???

I have the same problem with my Quicksilver and MDD. It was narrowed down to my ProTools PCI cards not supporting "Deep Sleep". Once I pulled the cards the Mac would go into deep sleep.
