Change mp3 default back to iTunes?

Hopefully someone can help me - a search in OS X help and the web didn't reveal the answer...

At some point recently, my Tiger 10.4.2 has decided that Quicktime is the default app for mp3 files, whereas I would like it to be iTunes again. I can "open with" iTunes, but it only remembers for that one file. The Help tells me to chose "open with", and then select "Change All" - I don't have an option anywhere to Change All.

This is a little frustrating. Can someone help out a recent Switcher? I hate to say it, but fixing this on Windows is easy!

Many, many thanks. THat worked. I guess I was looking for an option in the right click menu, forgetting about "Get Info".

Umm- Get Info is one of the items in contextual ("right-click") menus...

I meant I was looking for "change all" option in the contextual menu. Thanks, though.
