Making a Print Server with a G4

I have a couple of Sawtooth 450's and I want to make them into print servers to replace our existing print servers a: G3 and a 9500. These servers have been here longer than I have and I've never setup a print server before. I'm not sure if they'll be 9.2.2 or 10.x yet --- these printers are old as well.

Does anyone know where I can find some instructions on what I need to do to setup a print server?

For my uses, OSX makes a decent print server.
Just connect the printer and install the drivers.
Turn on printer sharing and you're done!
