Remove Trojan?

Made a mistake on clicking on "safe browsing" and now seem to have some sort of malware.
Anyone experience with this? Trojan.GenericKD.33943910

I have no idea what "safe browsing" you clicked on or any other details, as you didn't provide any, but lots of hits on the Infection if you want to do some reading or deleting of the infected files:

Install and run both of these anti-malware apps. DO NOT pay for the premium version - if you are a fairly informed internet user who knows enough to to go clicking willy-nilly on those scary ads or pages that claim you're infected, you'll be alright. Just open and run a scan whenever you think you have a problem.
