MacBook Pro 13”. 2019
Am I expecting too much?
I like to have an external keyboard,a mouse and a hard drive back up on my Macbook. I also need a printer and or scanner on occasion.
Right now I have bluetooth keyboard and mouse and a wireless printer. I am also wireless for the internet. The scanner is plugged in and one hard drive is plugged in to the computer.
We tried to hook up an additional hard drive that I save documents to on occasion..
That would not work - could not be seen on the computer. Also my mousE and keyboard started acting up - or not working as the case may be.
It’s the second hard drive that is confusing us - we have a Macbook Air that it works on.
How do we fix this?
Thank you for all your help
Some more info would be helpful here, like:
- Mac OS version?
- External hard drive Connection type?
- External hard drive Format structure type?
- Mouse and keyboard types and connection methods(s)?
And when did the problems start? etc., etc...
Did Mac OS 10.15.x Catalina Just recently get installed or upgraded perhaps??? :-(
