Also the loss of the Pages pp is a crushing blow to me as it was my main app for composing text for my web site. I am now reduced to TextEdit. Bastards!

I am now looking for a good word processor and no, not anything related to microsoft in any way.

Maybe Google Docs, as at least Apple shouldn't be able to screw them up.

But I avoid most "cloud" stuff wich I think Google Docs uses.

Well, well, I just discovered I can indeed download Pages from the App store and since it was in my purchased history, I got it for free.

It is downloading now, also noticed Keynote, iMovie, Garageband and Numbers were available free as well. If not it would have cost me $19.99 each.

It is the crappy version, but hey, I know what it can do and can get by with it.
