Apple tip for preparing your Mac for sale

Apple has a bunch of info relating to preparing your Mac for sale, but today 9to5mac offers an additional step for folks who are selling a Touch Bar equipped MacBook Pro:

Hmmm…??? That seems a bit odd, especially if any user Touch Bar info/data was kept outside the Username folder that would normally be deleted when selling or even being given away.

It wouldn't be secure if it was kept in the user folder for people to access.

I guess that would be true for those who don't bother to log out when they aren't using their MacBook.
