It is now upgraded with a 1TB HDD, 4gb ram and will be fitted a full HD 1080P LCD. I'm thinking selling this for 350-400$. Does it sound realistic?
Maybe it's just me but because it is 8 years old, with no warranty, the price while pretty much break even on your end, may not fly.

Seven or eight years old is the point at which I am often able to acquire Mac computers at little or no expense.

Social Distancing is an Oxymoron. The correct term is Social Demonization or Social Repression. Bandits, thieves and politically correct thugs hide behind masks.
