One of the computers upstairs has the same Networked printer in the print center twice and it always says it is printing, or on hold. I cannot delete them, I deleted the prefs and rebooted, no luck. I re-added the printer so she can print at least, but I still have these two causing problems. How do I remove them!!!

I've had that happen to me a few times. I've found that the best (fastest) way to deal with this is to remove and re-install the print driver.
