My name is Stella and I am from France, I have recently bought a printer and It was working fine ,But suddenly it stops working and showing some text error message in the screen , I do not know how to fix it, even i do not know where is the problem. Software or in hardware.I need some epson reset software to repair it.
I need your suggestion guys.

My printer name is Epson WIC _Mac reset( WIC Printer Reset) and I am getting error message "Printer Dead". I have bought it from my city,but now I am in other city so i cant contact with them here.I was searching solution in net and I found this website they are giving some software for this problem.so I visited there,but still I am unable to recognize it.I need you guys check it once and tell me whether these software are beneficial for me or not.

Your Epson printer will have a model and/or series on its cover or label which you haven't provided (and its not "My printer name is Epson WIC _Mac reset ...") and even that site needs it entered to confirm they have a "reset" file for your printer.
Or maybe try contacting one of the Epson Express Service Centres in France for a solution.
New pads cost about £30 from the Manufacturer and the pads are usually very difficult to replace. They are located at the base of the printer and usually, everything needs to be removed to reach the pads. "

I would like to thanks to you all for helping me a lot. But still I did not get the proper solution from here, Even I am not able to contact with company and now I cant afford to buy a new one because I have already invested so many bugs for it.I have checked epson site but they are like you know hands up for me, so I am now totally lost it
