Help, my album's gone!

I've posted this question in the Apple forums but I always find the ehMac community more helpful. So here we go: A couple of weeks ago I bought a Patrick Watson album through iTunes. Suddenly the album files are missing. The album still shows up in my iTunes library and shows that it has been purchased. But the files are gone. They're nowhere to be found.

Also, I can't redownload the album. There's no iCloud indicator next to any of the songs that would allow me to redownload a purchased item. I thought that was one of the key features of buying iTunes music now.

The files still exist on my iPhone, but there's no proper way that I can see to get the files from the iPhone back into my computer.

Any fix for this?

Go into your Apple store account, Account Information
Look for the tab for your recent Purchase History
Click on the album and click the "Report a Problem" button and report the issue.

The couple of times I had issues with iTunes Store the help people did indeed resolve the issue and even added a couple of free tunes to my account on each occasion.

If you ever need another method to recover, there's always Senuti to get it from your iDevice.

Download Senuti for Mac - Copy music from iPods to Macs.
