FS 64GB iPhone 4S White Rogers

64GB iPhone 4S in white for sale. Locked to Rogers, running iOS 7.1. Phone is in 7/10 condition, some very minor scratching from day to day use but nothing out of the ordinary for a 4S. As the second owner I've had the phone for almost 2 years. Sorry no Applecare left. Everything functions as it should. Includes original box, brick and charging cable, sorry no headphones. Pics available.

How about $250. I'm in the Brantford area and a local-ish meet up is preferred.

Which version of iOS is it running? (I'm trying to track one down that has NOT been upgraded to iOS 7 so that I can get my podcasts working again).

That's too bad. You can get several hundred dollars more per device if it's still on iOS 6! Demand is high, I keep getting out bid on eBay. A used iOS 6 iPhone 4s is probably going to end up costing me more than a new iPhone 5s.

FWIW, and for those that might be looking for an iPhone and possibly at a MUCH cheaper rate, especially for low use with a "contract-less" iPhone they can use some with the Speakout system.

And even a "Locked to Rogers" iPhone 4s works with the Speakout SIM installed as the Speakout network basically camps onto the Rogers network.

For more details and confirmation, check their site and especially the unofficial site:

Prepaid Cell Phones | No Contract Phones | SpeakOut™ 7-Eleven® Canada

The Unofficial 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless Canada Consumer Page

My wife and I have been using two old Rogers cellphones with the Speakout SIMs installed for our VERY LOW usage that costs us $25.00/year each for a topup. Can't beat that!!

We don't use any data web stuff etc. which I believe is a $10.00/month add-on. And a heck of a lot cheaper than most contracts.

I don't know if iOS 7 screwed up anything for the iPhones not to work with the Speakout SIM.

For me, it's syncing -- especially podcasts. Podcast syncing is essentially broken in iOS 7. I listen to podcasts on my iPhone more than I do anything else with it. iOS 7 is so bad that I've had to dig out my old iPod Classic so that I can actually listen to podcasts again.

I see.

And in response to pm-r, I've had someone who bought one of my iPhone 4s loaded with iOS 7 and a speakout SIM working properly.

Thanks IllusionX, and good to know that it all still works with iOS 7.

I was sort of considering getting a duplicate SIM card of my old cellphone and installing it in my older iPad 2 with iOS 7 for maybe some emergency need, but it seems that would result in an additional $10.00/month charge for data use which would probably be just a waste of money, especially for some "maybe" type use need.
