Legal questions somewhat aside. If you publish it with, even with a protective proviso, you first have to discover someone has used it, then establish it is your photo, and finally go after them most likely in their jurisdiction. Unless the abuser has very deep pockets the chances of recovering anything are next to nil.
OTOH if you find your images used in an objectionable manner contacting the website host may well be sufficient to have the image removed, especially if you can produced an uncropped original complete with EXIF data. All of my images are cropped and most have the EXIF stripped. Beyond that showing that it was published under your profile at a date before it appeared on the offending website is also very strong evidence that the second publication is not legit.
IOW a lot depends on how much time and energy you are willing to invest in defending what is rightfully yours.

Social Distancing is an Oxymoron. The correct term is Social Demonization or Social Repression. Bandits, thieves and politically correct thugs hide behind masks.
