Buffalo has over a million people, so they are safe. Now, when the Thrashers move to NO ............ where there shall be no support, it will then try to move to Hamilton ........... which will be nixed by Toronto .......... and then a group will try to get them to move to Quebec City, with the NDP support ............ which will be nixed by the Conservatives ............. so the team will go back to Atlanta.

I hope the next time the league expands they give a third franchise to Atlanta. That will be the best chance for Quebec or Hamilton to eventually get a team.
