Can I run this on an iPad? Can I multi-task?

Yup, I'm still running it on my Dell at work however I don't use the screensaver version. I just have the BOINC app running all the time in the background.

Everything seems fine on my work computer and the SETI servers seem to be keeping my PC topped up with about a week's worth of work units; I haven't had a shortage in ages. It's been fine since SETI recovered from their server crash last Fall which took the whole shebang down for a few weeks.

While the [email protected] project is still running, SETI has launched another crowdsourced project, that requires participants to actually be involved, rather than let their computers work alone...

New SETI Website Lets You Search for Extraterrestrial Life

Quote:
"There are parts of the spectrum where our sophisticated signal processing system is overwhelmed because there are so many signals," said astronomer Jill Tarter, director of the SETI Institute's Center for SETI Research. "I'm hoping to put together this army of citizen scientists to help figure out which signals to follow up on."
Quote:
"You don't do anything in [email protected]; your computer does," Tarter told SPACE.com. "In this case, I want you actively involved and it has to be quick. You have to recognize patterns, mark patterns, try and remember if you've seen that pattern before. And you have to get it done within 90 seconds."
(Space.com)

EDIT: Here's the link to SETILIVE.org - not obvious in the Space.com article.

I used to run the program apart from the team, but the EhMac stats are still available:

I am running two Raspberry Pi 4 (Didn't have those back in the day) running [email protected] right now and just wondering what others were doing with the SETI machines.
