Hi gang!

Thought I'd pop in on this one.

My Macaholism has dimished, greatly, and my online posting is pretty much zilch.

I also haven't had a cigarette in a week The thing with smoking is that I actually quit back in 1986 along with a serious penchant for partying (loose women, booze, weed, cocaine or acid when our paths crossed). Due to work stress, I actually started up smoking again over two years ago. As I said, however, I'm a week into a cold-turkey quit, and I don't intend to backslide on it.

Hope all here are well!

PS: The G5 iMac is AWESOME! To copy the iPod design, given the iPod's immense success, made excellent strategic sense IMHO.

I have a nonaddictive personality.

But when I open a packet of PEZ, I can't seem to eat just one!

I've been pretty good when it comes avoiding addictionss. But a few things I can remember that had a nice hook to them:

Smart Food
Clodhoppers (Vanilla version)
Doritos (Cool Ranch flavour)
Diablo 2 (and the LoD Expansion) - probably my worst one of the bunch; I have this at least once a day

'Course these are the same crowd that munch raw herring on the street.......with onions.
Makes ya wonder.........

Hey maybe someone start a thread about the best and worst "cultural" or "national" foods etc.
Perhaps someone could kick it off with a detailed description of say the contents and preparation of perhaps.....haggis

Ack..... we can do it here I modded the topic to "predelictions" as well......but please easy on the fried pig whatevers, I do like pork but ...........

Perhaps a vote for the best described "oddity".

I quit drinking and drugs over 7 yrs ago. I quit smoking cigarettes 4 yrs ago, but I do smoke cigars occasionaly. I got two Cubans "La Havan Cuba" from my wife's uncle last night and smoked that huge baby (It was nice and smooooth). I am addicted to chocolate. I love score bars. I also love Dariy queen. Blizzards with extra score. I have not had one in weeks though. I am also addicted to working out. I love lifting weights and heavy cardio. I am also addicted to education and learning and will probably take courses all my life.
